What can I expect from a BQH session?

A session has three main parts.

It is best to strive to be in a high vibrational state. There are many ways to help increase your vibration. Here are a few examples.

  • Set a positive intention
  • Maintain a high vibration diet
  • Loving and harmonious environment
  • Meditation
  • White clothing is recommended

How long does a session last?

The duration of a session varies from one individual to the other. Please reserve approximately 2 hours.
